Humans

Sharp blades, twisted savagely
In an already gaping wound
Just for the satisfaction
Of seeing it bleed again
Cruel people
Glory in watching
Watching the suffering
Seeing the pain

Why must they reopen wounds?
Why must they watch the suffering?
And worse, participate!
Why must they be so cruel?

Is it true that they are
The more advanced species?
No! But the cruelest!
That's humans for you!
